Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. They govern your relationship with TechFeatures Consulting regarding IT migration, support, and consulting services.

01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging TechFeatures Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users").
02 Services Description
TechFeatures Consulting provides specialized IT services including but not limited to Microsoft 365 migrations, Windows 11 upgrades, and general IT infrastructure consulting.
Migration Services
We act as facilitators to move your data to Microsoft environments. While we exercise extreme care, data integrity is subject to the source environment's condition.
Security Audits
Our audits provide a snapshot of your security posture at a specific point in time and do not guarantee immunity from future cyber threats.
03 User Obligations
To facilitate our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your IT infrastructure.
Maintain necessary backups of data prior to any migration activities, unless backup services are explicitly included in the Statement of Work.
Grant temporary administrative access required for configuration, which will be revoked upon project completion.
04 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained from the other party that is designated as confidential or which, by its nature, should reasonably be understood to be confidential.
We implement strict access controls and do not share your business logic, user data, or infrastructure details with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., Microsoft provisioning).
05 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechFeatures Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service exceed the greater of one hundred Canadian dollars ($100.00) or the amounts paid by you to TechFeatures Consulting for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the last 12 months.
06 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or provincial courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
07 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
